Position: Head Coach

Coach Mark Crabtree will begin his 15th season as Head Football Coach at Dublin Coffman High School, with a record of 126 - 39 in the last 14 seasons (175 - 58 overall).  In his first year as the Rocks Head Coach, he and his staff led the Rocks to the Semi-Finals of the 2001 State Championship.  The Rocks have qualified for the playoffs 12 of the last 14 years, and were the Regional Champions in 2001, 2003, and 2007; Regional Runners-Up in 2006 and 2009; as well as OCC Champions in 2007, ’09, ‘12 and ’14.  Previously Coach Crabtree was named Mid-State League Coach of the Year in 1995, ‘96, and ‘97; and Central District Coaches Association Coach of the Year in 1995, ‘97, and ‘98 while he was the head coach at Fisher Catholic High School in Lancaster.  He was named the AP State of Ohio Division II Coach of the Year in 2000 as the head coach for St. Charles Preparatory High School; The AP State of Ohio Division I Coach of the Year in 2009; and the Ohio Capital Conference Coach of the Year in 2007, ‘09, and ‘12.  Most recently he was named the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Coach of the Year in 2012.  Coach Crabtree and his wife, Jen, will celebrate their 20th anniversary this December.  They have 4 children:  Evan (19), Luke (15), Kinsey (13), and Dane (9).

Position: Linebackers / Defensive Coordinator

Coach Crager will begin his 14th year coaching at Dublin Coffman High School. He is a graduate of West Jefferson High School and Capital University.  He teaches in the Special Education Department and is the F.C.A. Huddle Leader for the football team. Coach Crager and his wife Andrea are the proud parents of three children.  Curtis Jr. is 7 years old, Kierstyn is 5 years old, and Caleb just turned 4.



Coach Farrell is heading into his third year as a coach at  Dublin Coffman.  Prior to Coffman, he spent two seasons in Helena, MT coaching for Carroll College.  His first coaching position was at his Alma Mater, the University of St. Francis (IN), before moving west. Coach Farrell is married to his lovely wife, Erin.


Coach Finan is entering his 15th season of coaching football.  This will be his 12th season with the Rocks.  He is a graduate of Ohio Dominican University where he coached for 2 seasons, and graduated with his Special Education teaching licenses.  Coach Finan and his wife Kaitlin have been married for five years and have a son Wyatt.  He teaches at Westerville North High School.


Coach Finan is in his 15th year at Dublin Coffman, and has been coaching with Coach Crabtree since 1995.  Coach Finan and his wife, Mary, have been married 40 years and have two sons; Colin and Daniel.  Coach Finan is the Attendance  Counselor at Dublin Coffman High School.


Coach Hicks is coaching for his 21st year at Dublin Coffman, with past experience at McConnelsville, Ohio.  He teaches Math at Dublin Coffman.  He attended both Muskingum and Ohio University, where he was a 1994 graduate.  He is proud to be part of a community that supports both academics and athletics.  Bob’s wife Suzanne, is a Guidance Counselor at Karrer Middle School in Dublin.  Bob and Suzanne have two sons, Hunter (12) and Carter (9).


This year marks Coach Mike Nemeth’s 11th year coaching at Coffman.  He is a 1995 graduate of Cleveland Villa Angela-Saint Joseph High School and a 2000 graduate of The Ohio State University.  He currently teaches fifth grade at Glacier Ridge Elementary School in Dublin.  Coach Nemeth and his wife, Lisa, live in Dublin.  They are the proud parents of Griffin, who will be celebrating his fifth birthday in September, and Caroline who turned two this past April.


Coach Hundley is entering his 30th year of coaching, but his first at Dublin Coffman. He has coached at Hamilton Township, Reynoldsburg, Scioto, Jerome High Schools. Coach Hundley will be teaching Health at Dublin Coffman. He will be coaching the Leo Defensive Ends. Coach Hundley has been married to His wife Sally for 31 years. They have three children; Cori (24), Josh (19), and Sam (17).


Coach Sims has been an assistant coach under Coach Crabtree at Fisher Catholic, St. Charles, and Dublin Coffman.  Coach Sims attended Fisher Catholic and graduated from Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.  He went on to play baseball at Elon College.  Coach Sims is the proud father of two daughters, Allie (18) and Maddie (14).


Coach Rafferty is in his first year coaching at Dublin Coffman. This is his 11th season of coaching football, five years at the college level. He is a native of Canton, Ohio, and a graduated  of Grove City College in Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Capital University Law School and is an attorney with Bricker & Eckler in Columbus. Coach Rafferty and his wife, Deb, are the parents of three children, Cathy, Betsy and Jack, who was the Quarterback of Coffman’s 2003 Regional Championship team.


Coach Turner begins his 24th year of coaching, this being his 13th season with the Rocks. He serves as Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach. He previously served as offensive line coach under Coach Crabtree at Fisher Catholic and Columbus St. Charles.  He is a graduate of Hebron Lakewood High School and earned a B.S. in Secondary Social Studies Education from The Ohio State University.  Coach Turner is an IB History Instructor at Coffman High School.  He and his wife, Jennifer, a Registered Nurse at Fairfield Medical Center, reside in Pataskala.  Their son, Bryant, is 10 and daughter, Ayla, is 6.
